Dear colleagues:

I have several basic or stupid questions about N-336.
a.     Does every N-336 request result in a hearing? Even if it is only regarding a legal issue? PC really does not want a hearing.
b.     In the form N-336, item 2 and 4 should be filled with the attorney info if there is an attorney representing the applicant. Am I right?
c.     If there is a hearing, will the applicant have to take the test once again or it is only focusing on the issue on N-336? PC really does not want go through another test.
d.     Do I need to enclose a certificate of service with the brief?
e.   Where can i find some samples or templates of the N-336 brief?

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.
