hello,
my sisteer is working for morgan stanley in glasgow uk for th past 2 years.
er via was due for extension but due to the new laws and favourable
commitment towards local workers was refused. HOwever the company
wants to help my sister out as she is a good worker. They are giving her an
option to transfer to USA baltimore office under L1. I wanted to know would
the fact that her visa in UK expired on 16 Dec 2007 have any effect. Also,
where it says that describe your unique ability, what am i suposed to write.
